First. ı could make a better organization and ı could be creative. I could teach the lesson with an enjoyable activity. I was also good at setting up this activity and then ı could give the instructions with a visual aid, puppet. I could deal with unexpected problems for example ı teached facial parts; eyes, nose and mouth. When ı said 'eyes' a young learner student said it is an eye and then ı explained the difference between 'eyes' and 'eye'. And ı could also participate the lesson. For example while they were playing a game ı played with them and while they were dancing in an activity for learning, ı danced with them.
My Actual Weakness in Teaching English to Young Learners
During the lesson, ı was a bit excited. If not, maybe everything would be better. But in spite of that the lesson was good. I think ı will get over that day by day.( Because normally while ı am making a presentation or speaking in front of the community ı am not an excited person.) So, ı think everything will be good and this lesson added me so many things.
